Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Proantiq, an online platform for art and antiques professionals and enthusiasts available at proantiq.com (the "Service"), operated by Proantiq ("Proantiq", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Proantiq provides inventory management, certificates of authenticity, eBay import, editorial content, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in using email, a passwordless link, or a connected provider (Google or eBay).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (inventory, certificates, listings, submissions). You grant Proantiq a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law or third-party rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, scraping or bulk-extracting data without permission, or using the Service to distribute malware or spam.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as eBay, Google, and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and editorial content produced by Proantiq, is owned by Proantiq or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including certificates or valuations) is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proantiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
