1. Who we are

Proantiq ("Proantiq", "we", "us") is an online platform for art and antiques professionals and enthusiasts, providing inventory management, certificates of authenticity, editorial content, and related services at proantiq.com (the "Service").

2. Data we collect

Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and, where provided, your name and profile details.

Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name) from Google to create or access your account. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google services.

eBay connection. If you connect an eBay account, we receive, with your authorization, your eBay account information and the listing/inventory data needed to provide import and account features. We do not receive your eBay password.

Content & inventory. Information you add to the Service (inventory items, certificates, listings, editorial submissions).

Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Usage & technical data. Cookies, device and log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage your account and authenticate you (including via Google or eBay sign-in).

To provide the Service: inventory, certificates, eBay import, editorial content, and subscriptions.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and support.

To secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We share data only as needed with service providers acting on our behalf: Google (sign-in), eBay (account connection and import), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (transactional email), OVH (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing contact@proantiq.com. Connected sign-in providers (Google, eBay) can be disconnected from your account at any time, after which we stop accessing data from them.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, plus limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing.
